The rooms have been recently updated and come equipped with a fridge and microwave; the staff is friendly and attentive, with various amenities available such as climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave.

The location was convenient and unbeatable, just next door to all the shopping centers and restaurants in the area and many stores and restaurants and easily accessible. It also was near THE main airport. The room we booked was neat and brand-new with fridge and microwave, pullout couch plus microwave. A microwave oven, tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator were a big plus.

The nicest place to stay when traveling to Eastgate. Our favorite, low-cost hotel in Eastgate with exceptionally friendly staff. The room is large and updated, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Marvelous location near everything, in a decent area. Friendly service overall. Free internet and parking outside.

The staff was friendly and the lady making breakfast kept things hot and fresh

Had a hard time getting extra linens. What we did get was a thin sheet no blanket.

The free breakfast was disappointing. I arrived at breakfast at about 6:45 AM and the coffee was all out. There were no eggs left and no sausage and gravy. I went to the front desk and the lady said well I suppose I better get to work now. When she did bring more eggs, they were all small, crumbly, and cold.. the coffee took about 10 minutes to refill.

The staff here are quite friendly, they offer free wake up calls and complimentary ironing services, and the rooms come with a king-sized bed, fridge, and microwave, making it a great spot with a good selection of food options.

Motel was clean and service was good.

Rug in our room 228 could use a shampooing.

The location was marvelous, so close to all the shopping centers, restaurants, shops, and family-friendly attractions in the area. Visited Crossroads Church, a popular tourist spot, just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

We had a very comfortable stay in a lovely neighborhood, everything here was great.

Good price for what a one time stay

Staff was rude, and the pool had so much chlorine in it, it gagged you.

Upon check-in, the front desk staff was disheveled & messy; room was not very clean. Woke in the morning covered in bites & when I addressed it with the Manager, he/she refused to look at me, did not apologize & immediately started working on the computer. I had to request a refund for the room and refund for the pending hold on my credit card for almost $500, of which he/she refused to adjust. I would NEVER recommend staying here, as it seems this is not the first time someone came to the management with bug bites, since the staff was obviously not surprised.
